1. Return & Refund Guidelines
Thank you for shopping at Verita Media House Pvt. Ltd.. We want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while purchasing our books.
If there is something wrong with the book you bought, or if you are not satisfied with it, you have 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery to request a return and refund, subject to authorization.
Return Guidelines:
- Please send us an email for a return request at veritamediahouse@gmail.com with your order number, name of the product to return, and a valid reason.
- Our team will evaluate your request to check if it is eligible for a return. Return requests sent by email are not automatically guaranteed approval.
- If your return request is authorised, you will receive a confirmation email asking for your bank details to process your refund.
- Important: You must ship the product back to us along with a printout of our confirmation email. Products received without the confirmation email printout will not be processed.
- The returned book must be in its original condition and packaging, exactly as it was sent to you.
- You must include the original invoice with the returned product.
2. Shipping Costs
- Generally, Verita Media House Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer has to bear the return shipping charges.
- Exception: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong book) or if the book arrived damaged/defective, the return shipping cost will be borne by the Company.
3. Refunds
- We will inspect the returned book as soon as we receive it. If it complies with the guidelines mentioned above, we will proceed to issue a refund.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days, and you will be notified via email.
- If your order is canceled by us due to stock unavailability or inventory issues after you have made an online payment, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
- Note: Verita Media House Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for damages caused to items during transit or transportation by third-party courier partners.
