We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products and process a refund for the unsupplied items.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase. This will be the final price for shipping charged to the customer.
In general, domestic shipments within India are in transit for 2 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receiving the payment.

Where standard private courier services are not available, Verita Media House Pvt. Ltd. may ship your order via the Government of India's Postal Department (India Post) to ensure delivery.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you, cancel/refund the out-of-stock items, and dispatch the rest of the order promptly.
If your delivery time has exceeded the forecasted timeframe provided by the courier, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation with our logistics partner.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link (via SMS/Email) from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping partner.
